ReviewMart and its parent company prioritizes transparency and trust in our services. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
Review Credits and Fees
Non-Refundable: Once a client campaign is initiated, review credits and service fees become non-refundable. This is because our team immediately begins working to coordinate the campaign, including tasks like identifying and engaging potential testers.
Product Costs
Refundable: We understand that product costs may need to be adjusted in some cases. Product costs associated with non-distributed products are refundable.
Non-Refundable: Product costs for distributed products (those purchased by testers) are non-refundable.
Determining Distributed Products
- Products with confirmed orders placed by testers.
- Products where funds have been transferred to testers for purchase.
Requesting a Refund
For eligible product cost refunds, please contact us at sales@fbareviews.com within 7 days of initiating your campaign.
